Field Safety Supervisor needed - USS/Granite City, IL
Granite City, ILCode Red Safety is looking for a safety supervisor to oversee maintenance projects at the US Steel Granite City plant. Work will begin March 14th and run for approximately 6 months, working a 6/12s and sometimes a 7/12s schedule. You must have previous safety management experience within a steel mill.
Applicants MUST meet the following requirements:

- Have at least 5 years of safety management experience in a steel mill
- Previous experience with iron worker over site a plus
- Have one of the following certifications: OSHA 30, OSHA 510, OSHA 500, CHST, or similar
- Have a current FA/CPR certification
- Must be able to pass a drug test & background check
