Project Safety Assistant needed - UT Austin
Austin, TXCode Red Safety is looking for Project Safety Assistant (PSA) for a long term construction project at UT Austin. The standard work schedule is 40 hours per week with some potential for overtime once construction gets rolling. This project is slated to last up to 4 years. Local candidates only as there is no per diem available.
Applicants MUST meet the below requirements:
Applicants MUST meet the below requirements:
- Have at least 5 years safety management experience dedicated solely to building construction
- Must have valid OSHA 30 and OSHA 510 certifications
- Must have a valid FA/CPR Card
- Must have additional continuing education training in areas such as electrical safety, excavation, incident investigation, fall protection, scaffold, and confined space.
- Must be able to pass a drug test & background check.
