Job Summary:
The Staffing Division Admin & Recruiter position is a multi-faceted role responsible for the onboarding of all contract workers. This is a hybrid position splitting time in office and remote. Our office is currently in Valparaiso, IN.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Onboarding all independent contractors via secure web portal
Facilitate drug screen & background check paperwork
PO tracking – receipt of and limits
Completion of quotes and job cards in Navision
Recruitment responsibilities for Staffing Division
Assist with weekly payroll prep
Other
Additional admin responsibilities for other departments, as needed / available
Required Skills/Abilities:
Excellent organizational, problem-solving, critical thinking and time management skills, with strong attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
A quick learner who is self-motivating and requires minimal supervision.
Experience working in a fast-paced office setting.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
Education and Experience:
College degree in Business, Communications or related field preferred
Two or more years of related experience as department admin or recruiter preferred. Additional experience in lieu of degree will be considered
